financial problem. painful and serious sickness

Any mistakes on the following writings?

    1) I fall in a devastating sickness, 'Bipolar'. (I want to say I get a very painful and serious sickness named 'Bipolar')

    2) There are something I cannot not reach on my own with my mere physical strength. ( I want to say there is something that I cannot handle by myself as a woman)

    3) to describe the financial problem, besides 'financial burden', 'financial issue', 'financial problem', 'financial crisis', what other expression can I use?

    Tks.
