    Per

"A one-time fee of $10 for each year of an appliance's operation will be charged."

Would it be correct to replace "each year" with "per"?

    Thanks!

    Re: Per

    No.

But you could replace 'for each' with 'per'.

    Re: Per

'One-time' and 'each year' are conflicting ideas to me. Am I right? Together, they do not mean once a year.

It doesn't make sense to you because I didn't provide the context.

    Thanks.
