I was in dispute with a non-native speaker. He claimed to have heard "honor" pronounced as "ˈhɑː.nɚ" with h at the beginning, which of course I contradicted. What's your verdict teachers?

    Re: honor

I have never said it with the H pronounced.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
