    walk her through her credentials

    Hi,

In a courtroom, an attorney calls his client's psychiatrist.
Before asking the female doctor questions,
he walks her through her credentials.

Could anyone tell me what the underlined part means in this context?

    Thank you very much.

Re: walk her through her credentials

He asks her to tell the court her degrees, her field of expertise, and where she is employed, not necessarily in that order.
