Help with American English

Hello everyone, I need a little help with this transcription. This time it is American English. Could you write here what are they saying from 1:57 to 2:15 (or correct mistakes in my hearing)? (Starting with "He owns greeting card company..." and ending "...they're doing it on Facebook."). I came up with this so far, not sure about some parts:

"He owns greeting card company Village Lighthouse, which does both. It goes hand in hand because, you know, if you have a really important love one that you really care about, you´re not gonna send him an e-card. You´re gonna go into a (the?) store and buy him? a card and you´re gonna - now im not sure about this part - . In addition to the way that they´re doing it on Facebook.

Thanks for your help :) Have a nice day.

He owns greeting card company Village Lighthouse, which does both. It goes hand in hand because, you know, if you have a really important loved* one that you really care about, you´re not gonna send 'em** an e-card. You´re gonna go into the store and buy 'em** a card and you´re gonna write that personal sentiment - . In addition to the way that they´re doing it on Facebook.

*Sounds like he drops that final d, but it's supposed to be there.
**Both them and him can be pronounced 'em.
