    Paraphrases of a sentence.

Hello! I'd like to ask if these paraphrases mean exactly the same as the original sentence and if they are grammaticaly correct.

The original sentence is as follows: My biggest headache is the accommodation for next week.

    Paraphrases are:

    1. Where I stay next week is my biggest headache.

    2. Where I will stay next week is my biggest headache.

    3. Where I would be staying next week is my biggest headache.

    4. Where I could stay next week is my biggest headache.

Also I'd like to ask you (preferably a native-speaker) which one is the most natural for you?

Possible, though 'will be staying' is more likely, unless the situation is still in the hypothetical stage.
    4. Where I could stay next week is my biggest headache.
Possible, though 'can stay' is more likely, unless the situation is still in the hypothetical stage.

..which one is the most natural for you?
It depends what message we want to convey.
