Hi,
In a previous post of mine I wasn't sure what the right one was. Could anyone please give me some explanation?

Thanks.

"Exposition" is the French for "exhibition".

"Exposition" is the French for "exhibition".

Thanks a lot. I hear "exposition" is a broader term, while "exhibition" is more specialised. Is that so? And we can use "exposition/expo" in English, can't we?

Ta!

"Exposition" and "expo" can be used in English. The first is recorded in 1851 and the second in 1963, so comparatively recent. I don't think one is more specialised than the other. Online Etymology Dictionary
