    Only heads to his ex

    - Kathy feels so heart-broken because every time Owen hangs out with her, his heart , his mind and his soul only head to his ex-girlfriend.

    - Is this natural to say?

Thank you very much, Teachers and members!

No, it's not very natural. Try: "Kathy feels heart-broken because every time Owen is with her, he is thinking about his ex-girlfriend".
