Dear Teacher,

Please answer each of my questions here.
I have seen people using sentence like :

Are you done ?
Are you finished ?
Is he left for the day ?

Is it wrong to use :

Have you done ?
Have you finished ?
Has he left for the day ?

What type of sentense the above are?
Which type is more natural to use ?
Please give some more examples ?
Is "Are u finished" & "Are you done" have always the same meaning?

The third sentence in your original is incorrect.
There is little difference between "are you finished" and "have you finished" except that the first CAN be used in an argument. If you are simply asking if the work is completed, either one is okay.

Someone once told me that "a roast is done, a person is finished" implying that asking "Are you done?" is rude but "Have/Are you finished?" is okay. I don't make that distinction.
