    Can and going to

    Hello friends,
    Would you consider this sentence as correct?

    Can you help me?
    I can and am going to help you.


    Of course I could also say, "I can and will help you.", but I would like to know if the 1st version is correct too.

    Of course I could also say, "I can and will help you.", but I would like to know if the 1st version is correct too. It's correct. I'm inclined to repeat "I" before "am", but it's not incorrect with just one "I".
