    Out of wing

What does 'out of wing' mean? I think I heard it in the song 'I just want to be king' from Disney's 'The Lion King'.

Sorry, I've never heard that expression.

    Re: Out of wing

I see. I looked up the lyrics.

This child is getting wildly out of wing.

The expression is "out of hand" = uncontrollable. But the person singing this, I assume, doesn't have hands, but rather has wings.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

I see, so it makes sense if you're actually watching the movie, he he.

    Thank you!
