Hi everyone!

I usually say "Do you have any concern?". Is this sentence correct? Please notice the underlined word.

I hear some people say "Do you have any concerns?" hence my dilemma is, which one is grammatically correct.

Would someone be kind enough to cite any grammar rule/s in regard to this?

Many thanks! (",)

Generally, when you ask a question with "any" we use the plural.

Do you have any children?
Do you see any errors?
Have you had any other incidents like this one?
Do you have any concerns?
