    another check

"I didn't get to practice English much so I enrolled for the speaking club at the English Center to become more fluent in English. Since I had a tight schedule at University and didn't know if I would like it there, I said that I would only come on Sundays. After I attended the first class, I realized that the atmosphere as well as people in the class were realy nice. So I went to the office to tell the secretary that I was going to come for classes more often in the next semester."

    It should be
"...the atmosphere as well as the people in the class was really nice."
    or
"...both the atmosphere and the people in the class were really nice."

Also, you've started the final sentence incorrectly. The word 'so' joins that sentence with the one before it, so you should use a comma and lower-case 's' instead of a period.

Perhaps you mean "...more often than not"? In which case, yes that'd be correct.
