Phil,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you but we have now spoken to the people involved and can confirm the following:

Mr. Robert Jones - Executor : Mrs Kelly Fane
Guardian : Mrs. Diane Nixon

Mrs. Helen Jones - Executor : Mrs. Anne Knight
Guardian : Mrs. Diane Nixon

I can also confirm - as discussed during our meeting & due to the current strain on our personal finances - we are unfortunately unable to buy any of the other products you offered to us, but if you need any more information, I.e. executors addresses, relationships to them, ages, etc... please let me know asap.

We await your further instructions.

Kindest regards

Robert & Helen Jones.

Could you please acknowledge receipt of this email and If you need to speak to me at any time during the day, please Telephone : #### ####### ###

The etc. gets a period. It is followed by a comma because the entire phrase needs the comma.

Other notes:
i.e., needs a lower-case i.
Use "and" instead of &
When you don't have an em-dash, use two hyphens -- instead of one.
Consider breaking that one sentence (but if you need) into two sentences. However, if you need...

Because of is preferable to due to, which should only follow a linking verb.

In BE, etc gets no full stop, and because it means 'and so on' it gets no comma before it.

So I would write
...executors' addresses, relationships to them, ages etc, please let me know asap.
