for such a behaviour of our staff

    Hello,
Is it OK to use the word behaviour as a countable noun as one of my students did:

I hope you will accept as a token of our goodwill the enclosed flyer for 10 free parties in our club for you and your friends. I apologize sincerely for such a behavior of our staff.
Maybe - I do apologize for the way our staff behaved that evening.
Just to show the outraged customer that the incident at the entrance was an exception, not the rule.

Thank you for your time and help.

It doesn't work for me. How about 'the behaviour of our staff in this [isolated] incident' instead?

I don't like the word 'flyer'. In my dialect this word refers to a sheet of advertisng material that is handed out to passers-by.

ps. Tdol posted while I was writing my response. I like his version better than mine.

    Hello,
Thank you for your comments. I do not like the word flyer either. I think it was used because handing out flyers is one of the most popular part-time jobs for students in this country. They get pea-nuts, but still.
What about 10 passes or simply tickets?

    Thank you once again.

'Passes', 'vouchers' - both OK. Other people may suggest better possibilities.

"Peanuts" is one word, no hyphen.

Thank you for your tip. I had doubts about the spelling of the word, but did not feel like opening the dictionary.
