    It does make sense to me, but I'd use a comma after "in repentance". I'm not sure if that would be the correct way though. I hope someone clarifies that.

    It does make sense to me, but I'd edit it like this, if I was you:

    True repentance will lead to salvation.

    But anyways, if you want to keep your structure, it seems perfectly OK to me.
