Hi there. I am writing a letter to university but my English writing skills are not that good so I need you help.

I have to write a letter to university to get accepted.

I need to show them about what I did in 2010 which I had helped out my parents' business and focused on studying Japanese.
also it has to contain the will to start study at university from next year.

my formal writing is really bad so I am concerning about this.
I have to get in university next year so I really need your help.
I know it is rude to just asking for the perfect answer but I will learn from it and I appreciate for your help.

My name is -------
and I would like to be admitted to the BA programme when my period of suspension has been completed.
I wish to re-apply for a position at the University of ______________ as a undergraduate student of Arts


I am well aware of reputation of the university of------ and believe that I would thrive in that environment.

I spent my one year suspension on studying Japanese and improving my English
language skills.
also I helped out my parents' business which have suffered financial crisis
in May 2010.
I had time of self-reflection on my university life.
For the first 2 years of my study, I was not to sure about what I supposed
to study and it caused my academic grades to drop.
I was enrolled in 7 papers 2009 and I have passed only 3 of them.
Now I regret myself and I would like to start over again.
I am sure that I am now capable of tertiary study and I will try my best in
every papers I enrol next year.
I would like to start my study with Computer Sciences (General Education
Papers) 2011 summer school.

I do not have any evidence to provide other than Japanese language proficiency test voucher and
I realize that the deadline for applications has passed, but I believe that if I could discuss this matter in person, you'd agree that I should be given consideration. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
