    Re: Differentes

Firstly your heading should be differences; different is an adjective.

Have I forgotten? Correct; note the spelling and question mark.
Do I forget? OK, but more natural would be 'am I forgetful?'
Did I forgoten. Incorrect. Did I forget or have I forgotten?
    Had I forgotten? Correct.

Example: Had I forgotten to write this then you could ask me if I do forget frequently, but then I already know that I did forget and that I have forgotten many times in the past.

See if you can work out why I have written that sentence.

    Re: Differentes

    You did not understand well.

You appear to be having some trouble with the tenses. So I suggest that first you refer to your book on tenses where the examples should help you. Until you can tell the difference between them more examples may not help.

    Re: Differentes

I'm very fond of the Online Writing Lab (the OWL) at Purdue.

See this, for example, for help with tenses: Purdue OWL: Verb Tenses
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
