Is this sentence OK?
I have been figuring out a way of learning faster and more effectively...that's why I joined the club...I am back in business.
I find it a bit odd, but can't provide a better version.
Actually, the action is not finished. It's still on.
Hm...interestingly, I think I could leave that 'I am back in business' part out and the meaning of the sentence would not change. It just means I have been studying English, for example, for a while, then I learned about this club, this English forum, so I decided to join (in).
What I am worried about is the use of present perfect continuous with 'figure out'. I have never seen a similar sentence before.
Nothing wrong with that. Quite normal use.
