    Writing calendar dates

In writing calendar dates I feel writing 26th to 31st December 2010 is not a very literate way compared to 26 to 31 December 2010 or December 26 to 31, 2010. As those supra ordinals are implicit anyway. Am I right?

It's a matter of personal choice.
