I found that people use the following two expressions when they ask about experiences.

Have you ever seen that show last night?

Did you ever see that show last night?

Is there any difference in meaning?

To me, neither sentence is correct usage.

"Have you ever seen a show like that?"
Meaning - in general, have you ever seen an event like that?

"Did you see that show last night?"
Asking about whether or not you saw a specific event of a specific show.
