You can keep 30 CDs in this CD bag. Correct?

    Hi,

    1) You can keep 30 CDs in this CD bag. Correct?

    2) "He slapped me in the face." Why can't we use "on the face"?

    Many thanks in advance

1 Yes, though You can get/keep 30 CDs... sounds better to me.
2 People do say slap someone on the face, so I wouldn't say it's wrong to say it, though I would use in.
