    "Did there come a point that you decided you couldn't take it any longer?"

    Shouldn't "that" be "where" or "at which"?

    Yes, probably.

    If someone were to say it exactly as written above, though, I don't think I'd even bat an eyelid, because it sounds OK to me.

    I wouldn't lose any sleep over it!
