    Which one is correct?

    Have you ever seen a house as beautiful as this one?

    Have you ever seen such house as beautiful as this one?

    (1) Mr. Michael Swan in his Practical English Usage (Oxford: University

    Press, 1995), p. 194, tells us that we may use this combination for

    exclamations (expressions of emotion):

    such a + adjective + singular countable noun.

    Therefore, if you wanted to use "such," you could say: Wow!

    Have you ever seen such a beautiful house (as this one is)!!!
