    I believe that the complete sentence is:

    [You] write home as soon as [it is] possible.

    I believe the subject is "You." (In commands, we usually do not

    say the subject. We can say the subject if we want to be very

    emphatic: You write the lesson right now, young man!!!)

    The verb = write.

    In the adverbial clause (as soon as it is possible),

    The subject is "it" and the verb is "is."
