    strange usage of the verb "have"

    Dear teachers,

    Would you tell me whether I have used properly the verb “have” in the following three sentences?

    She had the table placed between them.

    I had my hair cut.

    Would you let me have the price of a cup of tea?

    In the third, yes. You almost certainly have in the first two, but only more context could confirm this.
