Is the following sentence acceptable?
A compehensive and continual education reform is required to solve the bullying issue.
Not a teacher, 53-year-old American.
Not to me.
"comprehensive and continual" do not sound right together.
I would probably say, "Comprehensive and ongoing education reform is needed to solve the bullying issue." "continuing" might also work. Continual just doesn't fit in the context - in my opinion.
