Confused with the meaning of a sentence

"I'm pushing a lot of new work until after the Q3 close. If you have something that urgently needs to be fixed/modified prior to that, please bring it to my attention."

I'm not quite sure what the above sentence means.
My understanding 1: I have a lot of new work but I will do it only after the Q3 close. So currently I am free and if you have something that urgently needs to be fixed/modified prior to that, please bring it to my attention.
My understanding 2: I have a lot of new work till the Q3 close. So currently I am very busy. Please bring to my attention only things that are really really urgent to be fixed/modified.

    Which is correct understanding?

    Your second, almost certainly.
