    Is the sentence correct?

    Hi,

The child was accustomed to have her way.

Do I need to change "have" to "having" in this sentence?

P.S.: If the sentence sounds unnatural, please let me know

Both 'having' and 'have' are acceptable.

My personal preference is for 'having', probably because it makes me think of 'The child was used to having her way', in which 'have' is not possible.

Overwhelmingly so. The Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA) lists hundreds of citations with the -ing form, and only a handful with the bare infinitive.
