    The rework cost is too expensive, is there any room to reduce the cost to USD200? Please try to negotiation with your logistic people.

    This is essentially acceptable, I think. I would probably make some slight changes, though not all grammatical:

    The rework cost is too expensive; is there any scope to reduce the price to USD200? Please would you negotiate a reduction with your logistics people.

    Please try to negotiation negotiate with your logistic logistics people.
    Negotiation is a noun, but here we need the infinitive verb to negotiate
    Logistics not logistic. Other examples in English are mathematics [adjective form: mathematical], physics [adjective form physical], etc.
