    1-I agree with what everyone said.
    2-I agree with the things everyone said.


    3-I agree with what you all said.
    4-I agree with the things you all said.




    In which case:
    a-everyone said the same thing and I agree with what was said
    b-different people said different things but I agree with all that was
    said
    c-I agree with was was common in what different people said.

    a or b, as long as what was said was not conflicting.

    A: It's a good idea.
    B: It's a good idea.
    C: It's a terrible idea.
    D: It's a terrible idea.

    You can't agree with all of them.

    A: It's a good idea.
    B: It's a project I would be proud to sponsor.
    C: It will make us millions!
    D: We should get started immediately!

    You can agree with all of them, even though they said different things.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
