The transporter will provide one-stop service. This is not a passive: somebody else will receive those one-stop services (the transporter will make them available).
    Hope it helps.

I think by this, you mean:
The transporter will be providing one-stop services

The transporter will provide one-stop service

This would be fine if you use services (which I am guessing was your intention)
    i.e.
The transporter will provide one-stop services

If you want to use 'service', you would need:
The transporter will provide a one-stop service

In the absence of context, I can't see how anyone can respond to this thread. What is "one-stop service(s)?"
