    hang out

    Dear all,

A 28-year-old girl is wearing very low-neckline tops and says it's sexy. their friends say "You can be sexy without being hoochie"

She wears a bathing suit as if it's a top, and she thinks it's nice saying that "THE OLD MANíS MOUTH DROPPED OPEN, YOU"

her friend said "THAT DOESNíT MEAN he likes it"

The firl then replied that the old man's reaction could mean "I DIDNíT MEAN FOR THAT TO HANG OUT AT THAT POINT."

What does "hang out" mean in that context?

    Thanks a lot.

    Re: hang out

I don't follow exactly, but it reminds me of Mae West's () line 'Is that a gun in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?'
