    adapt/adjust

    Hi,

When you arrive in England, you'll have to adapt to a new way of life
When you arrive in England, you'll have to adjust to a new way of life

"to adapt to something" and "to adjust to something" - are they identical or different in some contexts. "Something" can imply a new situation, a new way of life, etc.

    Thanks

In the context you have given they mean the same.
