    Such as

    "Article 165 of the TFEU is, as a matter of fact, quite promising: it contains some vague terms, such as “European sporting issues” and “the European dimension in sport,” that could render its scope extensive."

    I'm not sure whether the "such as" phrase should be set off with commas. I think it should because it is nonrestrictive; in other words, if you take it out, the sentence still makes sense. What do you think?
