I knew it was you. This means I knew (then) that it was you (then).
I know it was you; Means I know (now) that it was you (then).
I know it is you; Means I know (now) that it is you (now).
I knew it is you; This is wrong.
Do you understand now?

Please start a new thread for a new question.

Incidentally, "Yes, thanks" might be a more polite answer than "yeah pretty much" to the question, "Do you understand now?"

Don't worry darlin', I'm sure his/her bark is worse than his bite!

You can use have had: I have had a good time. I have had some lunch.
But not: *I had have a good time. *I had have some lunch.

had is the past participle of have and the simple past tenseand the past subjunctive of have.

You can also write I had had a good time....... or I had had some lunch..... where ...... represents something which happened after 'a good time' or 'some lunch', for example:

I had had a good time, then I fell and broke my leg.
I had had some lunch, then I went shopping.

You can use: I had to have: I had to have my leg amputated.

This is getting gruesome, I'll stop.
