Cool what is the meaning of "Ride them cowboy"

When someone need to be careful or depressed,

Can we say "Ride them or him cowboy"?

like this video RiDe ThEm CoWbOy Video by DaVo - Myspace Video

or he is going to fall off from a cow..

Joey: Oh Miss Leonard…… (gets up to shake her hand but knocks over her pencil holder. He tries to pick it up but ends up spilling her drink.)

Estelle: Oh boy! Ride them cowboy!

    Joey: I’m sorry. (wipes up)

Re: what is the meaning of "Ride them cowboy"

"Ride 'i/em cowboy" is/was a call from the audience at a Rodeo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia to encourage the rider (on some kind of irritable animal). Joey's having problems.
