    I am confused,explain it well

    1.View the latest books,tools and materials for students which have been added. 2.View the latest books,tools and materials which have been added for students. which one above is correct? if correct why 3. there is a guy in the village who is very good. 4.there is a guy who is very good in the village. which one is correct? explain it grammatically
