Smile Should webmasters have good command of English?

With the increasing popularity of online business, more and more individuals are putting up websites on the internet. Websites are viewed by users of all ages including school children. Whether we agree or not, some websites don't really use proper English grammar and vocabulary.
As educators of English language, can anyone enlighten us with the issue of 'below standard' usage of English in web pages of some websites?

Re: Should webmasters have good command of English?

There are few controls over the internet, so the standard of English and other languages cannot be controlled, so any strategy for dealing with it has to start by accepting the reality.
