Can somebody help me out with the following sentences pls. Thanks

    1) Your presence have help to make this event successful or a great success.

Which is more appropriate, event successful or great success?

    2) You will help to make this event a sucess/successful by being present.

Your presence has helped. . .
    1) An event which was a great success was better than one which was merely successful.

    2) Use either version - there's no difference.

I agree with Rover about a great success.

One other point for #1: if the event has finished, then, "Your presence have helped to make..."; if the event is still going on, then, "Your presence have has helped to make...".
