    The agenda will be sent or will be send -- which is correct and why ?

    (1) I believe this is an example of the passive.

    Active: Somebody will send the agenda.

    Passive: The agenda will be sent (by somebody).

    As you know, the past participle is always used in the passive.

    (2) Some more examples:

    I ate an apple. An apple was eaten by me.

    She will write a letter. An letter will be written by her.

    You are asking a question. A question is being asked by you.
