    even if vs even though?

Do they really differentiate even though and even if?

ex) My parents sometimes meet each other even though they got divorced(They got divorced).
ex) I will love you even though you are ugly(You are really ugly)
I will love you even if you are ugly(You are not ugly)

"Even though" is for a fact, while "even if" is for a hypothetical thing, but they don't seem to differentiate them and interchange the two. I need the clear answer.

Who is this "they" you speak of?

    "If" is for conditional statements.

Yesterday, I would have said "Even if they lose the big game, I will still support my team."

Today I say "Even though they lost the big game, I still support my team."

I don't yet know whether you are ugly. Perhaps we only talk on the phone. I will love you even if you are ugly.
I do know you are ugly. I love you (will love you forever) even though you are ugly.
You are not ugly. I would love you even if you were ugly.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

I have a pronunciation question, Can we be connected by skype for a while for actually asking the question. My id is keannu2 and my quesition is if they pronounce below as "bʊl" or "bɪloʊ" or "bəloʊ". I know they have multi choices, but which do they prefer more?
