Hello,

"The 1757-PLX52 Process Control Module is a double wide, two-board assembly featuring a 100 MHz PowerPC processor and eight (8) Mbytes of RAM with error detection and correction"

I have got two questions about this extract:

1) Does "featuring" mean "containing" here?
2) What is "double wide, two board assembly"?

Thanks

1) That processor is on that module. That is its "brains."
2) The module is actually two circuit boards assembled together. It occupies two slots in the backplane. So if you buy a 5 slot rack and install this processor, you will only have 3 slots left for other modules.
