    Cool contracted

    Hi,

In the following sentence should I write 'the contracted', or 'the contracted agency', or something else? Re there other mistakes?

'The contracted agency, International Trek, CNPJ: xx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx-xx located at Ayrton Senna Street, number 8000, 2nd floor Room: 08 Rio-RJ would like to thank you for choosing us to organize the event which will take place from xx/xx/xxxxx to xx/xx/xxxx.'

    Dear (Sir, Madam, Client...),
We would like to thank you for choosing us to organize your event. Our understanding is that this event will take place from xx/xx/xxxxx to xx/xx/xxxx.

    Best regards,
It's a mixture of both. A thank you at first followed by a confirmation of all what has been stipulated in the contract.
