Is this sentence right with grammar?

Attention to detail and creativity in identifying customer needs and concerns and excellent data entry skill with no errors are a must for me in this role as a customer service.

You don't have any serious grammar errors, but the style is awkward and difficult to read. Try to re-cast the sentence starting with: "The most important things for a customer service agent to have are..." Also, try not to use the word and more than once.

The last part of the sentence is not correct. A person cannot be (in the role of} a customer service! Rewrite the last part of the sentence to correct that.

Attention to detail, creativity in identifying customer needs and concerns, and excellent data entry skill with no errors are a must for me in this role as a in customer service.

The above is the simplest way to correct your sentence. You could also probably omit "in this role", depending on what emphasis you want.
