    organizational and economic provision

It is always a problem when students ask to help them translate the titles of their graduation theses in English.
    Does the following sound OK?
'Organizational and economic provision for the stimulation of innovative activity of an enterprise's/business entity's staff.
The idea is to describe all organizational and economic activities, tools, strategies, you name it to stimulate the employees of an enterprise/business entity to get interested in innovation.

    Thank you in advance.
