    or
    At the drugstore/chemists'

    Either is a correct English phrase. It depends what you are trying to say.

    I try to say:

    1) I have bought it at the chemists(drugstore).

    2) She is working in the chemists(drugstore).

    That's right, Marie.

    In BE we say '. . .at the chemist's (shop)'.

    The AE drugstore obviates the need to figure out where the apostrophe goes.
