    come at or work out/at

"When I came by the grocery store, groceries came at a realy good price."

Can I say "groceries came cheap"? Which is more common work out or come at?

"Beer worked out at 10$ for a sixpack or it came at 10$ for a sixpack"?

They are all pretty unlikely. Why not just say "When I went to the grocery store the groceries were cheap" and "beer was 10$ for a six pack"?

If I thought that beer would cost 20$ but it was 20% off, can I say that it worked out at a good price? Or I can only say it for things like a package tour bought at the tourist agency with a discount?
