    in a low volume

The kids always shout or scream out "I am finished." after they have had their work done. What should I say (adjective or a clause) if I want to ask them to tell me in a low volume bordering like whispering?

    Thanks.

    Re: in a low volume

Is there a special word for it?
I'd say something like "Don't call out, say it quietly/in a quiet voice"
