Hi,
Could anyone tell me if there's any simple/informal word referring to the same object? What is the name for the shop selling these?

Thanks.

You could call it a "light," but there is nothing formal or unusual about the word "chandelier."

"Lustre" is the word in French for what we call a chandelier. In French a chandelier is what we call a candelabra or simply a candlestick.
